While I am up on all things related to mens spa and subsequent literature, I am rather inept at adding video to WordPress blogs, so I will just point you over to a great blog about juicing recipes that has an excellent article/ video on a spa retreat with juicing as it’s theme. The location of the retreat is Montenegro and having been there a few times and I can safely say the countryside is the most beautiful you will find, bar none. It reminds me a great deal of British Columbia, the climate is similar and the scenery is more often than not breathtaking. I can only imagine what a great find this is for those of us wanting to make health, peace and quiet a part of a mens spa retreat.
